Senior Management

Paul YatesPaul Yates

Chief Executive

Paul was appointed Chief Executive in January 2012 and is responsible to the Board for the leadership and strategic direction of the organisation. Before joining Rosemary Simmons Paul worked as an independent housing consultant and before that was Director of Housing Services for Dominion Housing Group (now A2Dominion) until 2008, overseeing a period of rapid growth. He is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has more than 20 years experience of the housing sector.

 

Ian LinesIan Lines

Property Director

Ian joined in 2004 as Property Manager and was promoted to Director in 2006. Ian has worked in the RSL sector for 16 years, delivering a range of large projects at Housing Associations and local government. Ian is a member of CIOB and RICS.

Shaun CooperShaun Cooper

Finance Director

Shaun joined as Finance Director in July 2009. Prior to this he spent 9 years in a similar role for a Hampshire housing association, specialising in leasehold properties and also 13 years working in the National Health Service. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Nick CoverdaleNick Coverdale

Housing Director

Nick joined RSMHA as Housing Director in March 2008, prior to which he enjoyed success in senior management roles with other housing associations. Nick has over 20 years experience in the housing sector and has worked for a diverse range of registered providers in the north and south of England.
