Wendy PridmoreWendy Pridmore

Chief Executive

Wendy joined Rosemary Simmons as Chief Executive in 1998. Prior to joining RSMHA she worked in Housing Association and local authority roles in London. Wendy has served on the Boards of both local and national housing organisations.

Ian LinesIan Lines

Property Director

Ian joined in 2004 as Property Manager and was promoted to Director in 2006. Ian has worked in the RSL sector for 16 years, delivering a range of large projects at Housing Associations and local government. Ian is a member of CIOB and RICS.

Shaun CooperShaun Cooper

Finance Director

Shaun joined as Finance Director in July 2009. Prior to this he spent 9 years in a similar role for a Hampshire housing association, specialising in leasehold properties and also 13 years working in the National Health Service. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Nick CoverdaleNick Coverdale

Housing Director

Nick joined RSMHA as Housing Director in March 2008, prior to which he enjoyed success in senior management roles with housing associations in Middlesex and Hampshire.
Originally from Yorkshire, Nick and his family live in Surrey.
