Company Overview
Rosemary Simmons Memorial Housing Association was set up fifty years ago in Esher, Surrey, by Roger and Iris Simmons following the tragic death of their daughter. Iris Simmons MBE is our Life President.
Our first homes were sheltered schemes for older people, but we now offer a much wider range of accommodation including family homes and flats for smaller households.
In 2000 RSMHA became responsible for running The Fellowship Houses Trust, with homes in Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire.
Both associations are growing and together own or manage around 550 homes in the South East, with more being developed all the time. Our new houses and flats meet the latest environmental standards and are designed to offer high quality whilst remaining affordable.
