Former Managing Director of a construction project management company. Has spent professional working life as a design engineer, contracts manager and consultant project manager, experienced in new developments and major refurbishment works for public sector organisations. Non Executive Director of Kingston NHS Primary Care Trust.

Director of Finance for a London based charity supporting a wide range of people across the capital. Has experience of working in a number of Registered Social Landlords and in housing regulation having worked for the housing regulator in Scotland.

Former Managing Director of the Accountancy Business Group, responsible for all commercial activities at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Prior to that, Managing Director of New English Library, European subsidiary of the Los Angeles Times Newspaper, and, after qualifying, Chief Accountant at Morgan Crucible Group in Battersea. Civic activities include Chairman for twelve years of Merton Women’s Aid, a refuge for victims of domestic violence.
Jenny Edwards

Tenant Board member. Development and Communications Officer of a disability charity. Heads Disabled Christians Fellowship. Organises and runs up to eight holidays a year for those with a disability in the UK and overseas. Founder of tape ministry for children and adults with disabilities. Runs the helpline and audio tape ministry to the housebound.

Over thirty years’ UK and international professional experience in managing multidisciplinary teams engaged in feasibility studies, design and implementation of major civil engineering, environmental, water and sanitation and infrastructure projects. Experienced in working with multiethnic groups and working in charitable organisations, and working with local and central government.

Seven years' management experience in housing/property management, including the public and private sector. For several years worked with a specialist organisation providing sheltered housing. Prior to that worked in faciltiies management and project.
