Direct Debit
It’s the easiest way to pay because once your direct debit is set up with your bank or building society you don’t have to remember when your next payment is due as it’s all taken care of automatically.
With direct debit you’ll have these safeguards:
1 the bank or building society guarantees you will get your money back if a mistake is made
2 you will be told in advance if the date the payment is collected or the sum to be taken is going to change
3 you can cancel the direct debit any time.
To set up a direct debit, simply contact us and we’ll do all the leg work for you. You won’t even need to fill out any forms!
Telephone and text message
Make sure you have your Allpay card or a bank debit card to hand and then call Allpay’s automatic payment line on 0870 770 0472. Remember to take down the payment reference number.
You will be put through to an automated voice system and then have to select from the options given. This means you can pay at ant time day or night.
Online via this website
Just select our 'Pay your rent / service charge' option opposite and have your Allpay number handy. It’s that simple!
Allpay
A little while ago we issued Allpay cards to all our residents. This means that as well as paying online or over the telephone you can also pay at any shop or garage displaying the Allpay logo.
