The bulldozers have moved in at Imber Cross, Thames Ditton, as work begins by RSMHA to replace six old, very tired, bungalows with 12 new two and three-bedroom homes, which will be ready in 2012.
Six of the new, two and three-bedroom ground floor flats at this development are being specifically designed for people with serious mobility problems, including wheelchair users. Careful consideration is being given by RSMHA to the lay-out and type of adaptations needed in each home. The six new two-bedroom first floor flats will be for general needs (open age) applicants.
All 12 new homes will be available for rent and anyone interested in applying should register an application as soon as possible through 'Searchmoves', Elmbridge Borough Council's choice based lettings scheme. For more information please contact us.
