Text messaging service

RSMHA has introduced a quick and simple way of keeping in touch with customers with the launch of our new text service.

We know how easy it can be to forget an appointment time, so in future when we book a repair appointment or arrange a home visit, we'll also send a confirmation text message to the person concerned (where we have their mobile number) by way of a reminder. Customers can text us a reply back if they wish to request changes to the arrangements that have been made.

 

Please note, we will not pass on your mobile phone number to a third party without your permission.
