Service charge meeting dates
This September's service charge meetings with leaseholders will take place at each scheme as follows:
Edgar Court - 10.30am Tuesday 27 September
Elizabeth Hart Court - 10.30am Thursday 29 September
Gunters Mead - 3.30pm Thursday 29 September
Shaun Copper, our Finance Director, and Jeremy Lowry, Leaseholder Officer, will present the 2010/11 service charge accounts for residents and discuss major works proposals for the year ahead.
