Get in Touch Resident Satisfaction Survey
Arriving soon through every single resident’s letterbox (be they renting, leasehold or shared ownership) will be a satisfaction survey on behalf of RSMHA. A pre-paid envelope will be included.
The results of this survey (called a STATUS survey) will provide us with vital information about how satisfied our customers are with their homes and the services we provide. In turn, this will help to identify what changes RSMHA may need to make to improve our level of service.
All information and opinions given by individual residents in the survey will remain entirely confidential. An independent research company called Feedback Services Ltd is undertaking the survey for RSMHA and our staff won’t ever know what individual residents have said.
Prize Draw
All those returning completed survey forms will be entered in to a free prize draw. Three residents chosen at random by Feedback Services Ltd will each receive some shopping vouchers. For more information please contact us.
