RSMHA is pleased to announce the launch of a set of Service Commitments to tell residents what level of customer service they will receive from us across the following range of services;

  • Neighbourhood management
  • Tackling anti-social behaviour
  • Communal gardening
  • Communal cleaning
  • Scheme manager support
  • Community alarm service

   

These service commitments are based on the key priorities that residents have told us are most important to them and refer to the specific local services provided at each housing development and sheltered scheme.
