New homes announcement
RSMHA is delighted to announce that we have secured funding from the Homes & Communities Agency and also from local authority partners to build over 50 new homes across Surrey.
These new homes will all be set in popular residential locations in Byfleet, Egham, Guildford and Thames Ditton and will comprise one, two and three-bedroom flats and houses. All of the homes will be for rent.
Work at the first of these new developments at Imber Cross in Thames Ditton will begin next month.
