Investing in People
RSMHA has retained our Investor In People (IIP) status and has also achieved additional recognition by securing a Bronze award, given only to a small minority of organisations in the country.
IIP is the nationally recognised standard that assesses how well companies train, develop and empower their staff to deliver excellent business performance.
The IIP assessment took place in September and involved an in-depth review of RSMHA and interviews with a randomly chosen selection of our staff on areas such as communication, learning and development and business planning.
