Nearly 200 prospective buyers attended a recent Homebuy Show in Walton on Thames, held to promote the availability of shared ownership homes in Surrey. In attendance for RSMHA were Val Johnston and Jackie Younis who shared brochures and plans of our forthcoming schemes at Hanover Court, Esher and Wardur Court, Walton.

Anyone earning less than £60,000 per year who is either a first time buyer or an existing housing association / council tenant or a key worker or someone facing a major change in their housing circumstances qualifies to apply. Demand for these schemes has been very high indeed.
