Thank you to everyone who completed a survey telling us about the quality of gardening and cleaning services across our many schemes. In total 317 forms were returned - 145 for cleaning and 174 for gardening.

Your comments provided valuable information about these services, highlighting best practice by the top performers and also identifying those firms that are falling short of your expectations.

Overall most residents appeared to be satisfied with the quality of service. However, there is room for improvement and we are therefore in the process of making a number of important changes to the specifications with each contractor to better reflect resident feedback and local circumstances. Full details will be shared with residents shortly. In one or two cases we have changed the contractor altogether and appointed a new one.
