We’re taking a close and systematic look at the quality of Gardening and Cleaning services that residents receive from the many firms we employ to keep the communal areas across our schemes looking attractive and well maintained.

 

We’d like your views on current arrangements and would especially welcome any suggestions for improving these services. We’ll soon be sending out survey forms out to all of you who pay for communal Gardening and/or Cleaning services. The closing date for your feedback is 31 October.
