RSMHA's new annual report has been issued. The theme this year is about how the association and many of our residents are finding ways to continue to thrive despite the present economic difficulties. As in past years, several residents were kind enough to assist us in the production of the report and we are tremendously grateful to them and their families for their participation.
In addition to our main annual report, RSMHA has again issued a supplementary Annual Report for Residents, setting out how the association is currently meeting our six regulatory standards and the plans we have to improve our services still further over the next 12 months.
