Annual Report 2010
We're delighted to have published our latest Annual Report highlighting the work we've been doing since April 2009. Its available for download from this website or simply contact us and ask for a copy to be sent out.
This year we've also published an additional report specifically for residents. Our Annual Report for Residents 2010 sets out how RSMHA is performing against the six new standards introduced by the Tenant Services Authority. Over coming weeks and months we'll be consulting further with residents about ideas for improvements to services.
Our sincere thanks to all those residents kind enough to participate in the completion of this year's reports.
